Miso typically goes well with most types of oil when it comes to cooking.

Sesame oil mixed with miso perfectly matches any type of vegetable as well as meat to cook with. Try this simple base and add whatever ingredient you feel like.
Ingredients
Bok Choy 300g (Cabbage and spinach also can be used)
Garlic 5-6 cloves
Sesame oil 3-4 tbsp
Soybean Miso 10-15g
Sliced pork 200g
How to make
1. Heat the oil in the pan and grill the meat.
2. Add the garlic when the color of the meat turned red.
3. When garlic is cooked slightly, add Bok Choy and Miso and stir them well on medium heat until the miso dissolves.
4. Enjoy!!
*Add Sesame seed on top for your preference.
*For vegetarians, simply skip the meat part and add extra vegetables.
