Feel Miso in five senses! Explore one of the largest traditional Miso-kura in Japan. Giant wooden barrels with unique fragrances of natural Miso will fascinate you. After the tour, we will have a brief miso knowledge session followed by making your own miso with your hands. (it’s yours!) After that, you will be served miso soup and onigiri in the classroom inside of the Kura.
