Feel Miso in five senses! Explore one of the largest traditional Miso-kura in Japan. Giant wooden barrels with unique fragrances of natural Miso will fascinate you. After the tour, we will have a brief miso knowledge session followed by making your own miso with your hands. (it’s yours!) After that, you will be seated in the space with full of a traditional Japanese vibe with a view of the garden and be served miso-based home-cooking dishes.
